This week’s guest is Erol Otus. We talk about his cover for the Old School Essentials Box Set, his Dying Earth adventure from the DCC Kickstarter. He’s doing lots of pencil sketches for Magic the Gathering‘s Forgotten Realms set. We talk about some of Dragon Warrior’s favorite art from Alma Mater RPG (1982), and his time as a staff artist at TSR and his time in Lake Geneva. We talk about his painting process these days, and how he’s been listening to Goldfrapp, “Tiptoe” and XTC “English Settlement”
