This Dungeons & Dragons-loving troupe of like-minded individuals today reveals their new single, “More Than Meets the Eye.” It’s off of their brand new release, The Mega Dungeon Men EP, due out April 12th. When you’re introduced to Epic Levels, you find out quickly that the band has very focused tastes, and their music is all centered around it.

Epic Levels is a D&D/TTRPG hip-hop music outfit that’s slowly growing into producing podcasts, game accessories, apparel, and RPG books all under the same banner. The Mad Dungeon podcast features the Epic Levels musicians Steve Albertson AKA DRAGON WARRIOR (he/him), Andrew Bellury AKA TIGER WIZARD (he/him), Rob Bellury AKA WARLOCK ROC (they/them), and a guest from the RPG community. Together they create a playable adventure that are released in a one page format with the episodes every month. Tom Mazzanoble is Shelly’s Dad!
Epic Levels – “Ninja Assassins” off of the LP Armor Classy
Epic Levels are a comedy/nerdcore hip-hop duo preparing to release their debut album, Armor Classy, on January 17th.
On Armor Classy, Epic Levels – aka Steve Albertson and Andrew Bellury – create off-kilter nerdcore hip-hop that revolves around their Dungeons & Dragons exploits. The two rap in character as their alter-egos Dragon Warrior and Tiger Wizard and use Epic Levels as a vehicle for combining their love of old school hip-hop, fantasy, and comedy.
Here is a sneak listen to a single from the album, Ninja Assassins, exclusively for Bleeding Cool – a track that transforms moody strings and echoing bells into an intricate soundscape, featuring guest vocals by DJ Black Sunshine & Teresa Lemaire.
